First Friday & First Saturday Devotions

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday immediately following the 8:30am Holy Mass until noon in the Church.
Wednesday immediately following the 12:15pm Holy Mass until Benediction at 6:45 pm in the Church.
First Friday immediately following the 12:15pm Holy Mass until Benediction at 8:00 pm in the Church.

Monday following the 8:30am and 12:15pm Holy Masses

Holy Rosary

Respect Life Rosary:  Wednesday, 6:15pm in the Church (prior to Holy Mass).
Spanish Rosary:  First and Third Tuesdays of the month at 7:00pm in the Chapel.
Rosary for Our Priests, Religious and Increase in Vocations:  Saturday, 9:15am in the Church.

First Friday Devotion - Divine Mercy Holy Hour

Each First Friday a special Holy Hour for Divine Mercy will be from 7-8pm in the Church.

Holy Hour for Life, Marriage, & Religious Liberty

Nursery

The nursery is available for youngsters ages 6 months - 3 years on Sundays for the 9:30am and 11:30am Holy Masses.

 

Frequently Asked Questions about St. Joseph Catholic Church

Where is daily Mass?

We have daily Mass in our St. John Paul II Chapel which is located directly behind the main altar in the church. You can enter either via the main church and come behind the altar or via the entrance on 9th street directly to the chapel. more

Is it easy to park?

We have a parking lot right behind the church with plenty of parking as you enter, behind the hall, and even behind the back school building for people at Mass! You can also park on the street, but be aware of the signs as there are towing sections! Directly in front of the church on the church side is open as well as the entire side opposite the church. We also have handicap parking in a separate lot on closer to University City Blvd.

Do you have a cry room?

Yes, if you find you are in need, there is a cry room at the back of the church. You get there through the door in the gathering area! Please use this room if you need it, but know that all children are welcome in the main area of the church during Mass!

Is the church all the time?

The church is open for prayer from 7am to 9pm every weekday. We would love you to join us! more

Does our parish do doughnuts?

We're glad you asked! We have doughnuts every Sunday after the 9:30am Mass in Aquinas Hall! Join us there for a sweet treat!

What's the dress code for Mass?

Please dress modestly and appropriate for Mass bringing the best you are today to Jesus!

How do I know what music will be sung?

Each week we publish a worship aid in the bulletin! Please grab a bulletin on your way IN to Mass to be able to sing and follow along. We LOVE when everyone participates!
